Welcome to LIFT, the training and development division of Life in Flight Education.

LIFT is a totally new concept in training and has been designed specifically to enable individuals and corporations alike to gain a unique insight into the interactions that occur between people every day at altitude. The aircraft cabin can be a powerful vehicle in demonstrating how and why people behave as they do...

Being able to clearly understand what is happening between people in every day situations and then learning how to manage those situations, provide positive and successful outcomes and lifelong skills for all involved.

How it works

LIFT takes lessons, insights and unique perspectives of human behaviour from the environment of an aircraft cabin at 30,000 feet and applies these learning's through a series of programs.

Why it works

In the pressurised environment of an aircraft personalities and behaviours are amplified. LIFT provides the opportunity to learn in an accelerated way taking the existing skills base of participants and fast tracks specific and relevant learning and development capabilities.

Because we 'train at altitude' we are able to take participants to a whole new level of learning that traditional training programs cannot achieve. LIFT uses the aircraft cabin and its occupants to illustrate how we manage issues and ourselves in all sorts of circumstances.
