As a child lying in the backyard and watching clouds float above, I never dreamed that one day I would spend my life amongst them.

Now - after thousands of hours and miles at altitude, every continent and too many aircraft meals - I, along with my crew, have landed to deliver LIFE (Life in Flight Education) and LIFT (Life in Flight Training).

What we came to realize was that observing and dealing with behaviour inside the aircraft cabin could be just as fascinating and remarkable as the aircraft itself.

LIFE and LIFT are totally new concepts in education, facilitation and coaching, providing business leaders learning and developmental opportunities through the medium of airline travel.

Honed in an aircraft cabin at 30,000 - where there is nowhere to hide - the opportunity to learn from human interactions in an accelerated and amplified way has been born.
