Piloting People presents participants with proven & innovative leadership and teamwork principles. Through a common sense approach & real life examples, this program demonstrates how real leaders imagine and then create work environments that are progressive, productive, valued and sought after.

What can participants expect?

Piloting People provides a unique approach to understanding leadership and teamwork principles.

In the first session, participants work with the LIFT facilitators to identify the skills and strengths they believe they already have while, at the same time, understanding and acknowledging those areas that require further development.

Secondly the in-flight simulator plays an important role in the development of both established and new leaders by gaining a perspective and understanding of leadership practices they currently use or plan to employ.

The third session is focused on building a specific leadership platform for each participant. Participants construct a vision of where they wish to go, how they will get there and the conditions they need to create both for themselves and those they lead.

3. How leaders can manage themselves, their roles & responsibilities without experiencing burnout.
